Families are invited to Trick -or-Treat at downtown merchants on Main Street.

• 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Chili Cookout & Booth Sales.
• 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Trick or Treating
• 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm DJ on Main Street
• 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm Costume Contest at Blum House 414 W. Main
  Four categories for Costume Contest
  1) Most Creative   or 2) T.V., Movie, and Cartoon
  Awards given in three age groups
  Preschool & Kindergarten
  1st – 3rd Grade
  4th – 6th Grade
  3) Group or 4) Collinsville Heritage Costume
  One Prize each category (all ages)
• 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Canine Costume Contest
  Dogs must be current on vaccinations & on leash.
