Mayhem on Main: Artist Application

Open to visual and performing artists, Mayhem on Main is a one day event. This event will feature Artists, authors, BBQ, Children’s activities, wine, music and a car cruise. Mayhem On Main is a juried show, and the majority of the work displayed should be original pieces. Artist space must be staffed at all times during the event hours. Space will be limited to 48 artists. Please register early as to guarantee your space.

Artist will be assigned to a 10 by 10 space. You may set up your own tent if you wish. A-1 rental is located on Main St. for further booth needs.

Rules and regulations:

Only artist displaying their own original works are eligible to participate in Mayhem On Main. Participating Artists must exhibit during all event hours. Booth must be staffed at all times. Artist are solely responsible for copywriting their own work and for payment of taxes to any city, county, state or federal agency. Artist are responsible for the transportation, installation, insurance and security of their work. Mayhem On Main, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers and affiliates accepts no responsibility for loss/accidents/injury/damages. Collinsville Main Street Community Association retains the right to use photographic images of visual and performing artist and or their work, for advertising and promotion purposes only. CMSCA reserves the right to refuse application to anyone for any reason. All decisions are made ultimately at the discretion of CMSCA. I have read the rules and regulations above, and agree to follow them. I agree to leave my booth space clean at the end of the day. I understand that the fee is non-refundable if only if juried into the show and you later cancel.
